Processing times:

Same day dispatch on all orders placed before 12 noon AEDT. In addition to this we aim to have any orders placed after midday shipped the same day also, because we know how exciting a new purchase can be and we don’t like waiting either! 

Please note this is subject to change during peak times such as Christmas or during a sale, please check the banner at the top of our website for any updates on shipping and handling times. 

Shipping fees:

AUSTRALIA

Australia Post standard shipping - $10.00 AUD

Free standard shipping on all orders over $99.00 AUD

Australia Post express shipping - $15.00 AUD

 

Local delivery for postcodes 2101, 2102 & 2103 - Free (select this option at checkout)

Pick up / click & collect - Free (pick up location is Elanora NSW, 2101)

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, you will then receive another email with the tracking details once your order has been shipped. 

International Shipping:

At this stage we are not shipping orders internationally, sorry for any inconvenience.
